I needed repair to a water-damaged ceiling constructed of plaster over button board. The business owner came to my home within 24 hours of my call. He was experienced with my unusual situation (water damage to plaster over 1950's button board). He gave me a fair estimate and returned with his workman the next morning to supervise the job. Ed and his crew were a pleasure to work with. I did the entire inside of my house, which involved wallpaper removal, wall restoration with mesh and skim coating on old plaster walls in bad condition, and an entire wall restoration involving removing ceiling to floor mirrors and making a wall. I’d like to introduce myself; my name is Ed Wischerth, and I make my home in Bellmore NY with my wife and 2 children. I have made my home in South Nassau for the past 30 years. My company started out servicing just Nassau County. Over the past 10 years we have expanded to covering Western Suffolk too.

We provide decorative wall finishing for residential, retail, hospitality, and commercial properties. Our services include professional interior painting of walls and trim, as well as wallpapering and faux finishes. Glazes, stains, imprints, plaster and textured materials are applied by hand in a range of techniques to produce beautiful patinas on walls, doors and moldings. A desired effect can be produced with just a simple colored glaze atop a painted surface, or more elaborate multi layered applications, utilizing textures and glaze.
